These Terms of Use govern your use of Xil. By downloading or using Xil, you agree to these terms.
1. App license
If you obtain Xil from the Apple App Store and no custom agreement is presented, your license is subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
2. Personal finance tool
Xil helps you record and organize information you provide. Xil is not a bank, broker, lender, insurer, accounting service, tax adviser, fiduciary, or registered financial adviser.
3. Planning guidance disclaimer
Guidance, forecasts, category suggestions, calculations, and other output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You remain responsible for verifying information and making financial decisions. Seek a qualified professional when appropriate.
4. Your data and backups
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for maintaining appropriate backups. Optional iCloud Backup depends on Apple services and may be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted.
5. Acceptable use
- Use Xil only in compliance with applicable law.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the app or related services.
- Do not use Xil as the sole record where law or professional practice requires another form of documentation.
6. Third-party services
Xil may rely on Apple platform services and an exchange-rate information provider. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change independently of Xiy.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, add, suspend, or remove features to improve Xil, meet legal obligations, or maintain platform compatibility. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xil is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xiy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for financial loss arising from reliance on app output, loss of data, or interruption of service. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Privacy
Your use of Xil is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
